The additional Tradecast feature 'E-learning' allows you to add interactive questions and answers to an uploaded video to test your viewers' knowledge of a particular subject. The E-learning module analyzes the answers of a viewer who has followed a video with E-learning interactivity and provides insights into the results of each E-learning through the CMS of your video platform. In this article we'll explain how you can manage, export and analyze your viewers' interactions with an E-learning video.
When you have created one or more E-learning videos, you can find them in the CMS of your video platform under the button 'E-learning' in the main menu. To view the results of a specific E-learning video, click on the three-dot sign (...) behind an E-learning video and click on 'View results'. A list of all registered users who have clicked on the E-learning video will now be compiled:
The 'View results' overview
This overview shows different types of data: the e-mail addresses of each registered user who have clicked on the E-learning video, the start and stop times of this specific registered user E-learning session, the status of the E-learning video followed (e.g. 'Completed') and the score achieved by this specific user. If a user has clicked on the E-learning video several times, an arrow (^ or v) will appear behind the user's score. Clicking this arrow will display the scores of all attempts that this specific user has made to follow the E-learning video.
Exporting E-learning results
To export the user results of an E-learning video, click the three-dot sign (...) of a specific E-learning video and click on the button 'Export results'. A screen will appear asking you to confirm that the results of this E-learning video will be sent to the e-mail address of the account that you are currently logged in with. Click 'Ok' to receive the results in your mailbox. You can do this as many times as needed for each E-learning video in the 'Lessons' overview.
