From the moment your TradeCast license starts, you will receive a monthly invoice with the recurring costs for your purchased license and additional TradeCast features and services. You will receive this monthly invoice on the email address you provided during the onboarding process. However, it is also possible to change your invoice term from 'monthly' to 'yearly'.
Changing the invoicing term of your purchased TradeCast license from the standard monthly invoicing to annual invoicing is very simple. To start this process, all you have to do is contact TradeCast and pass on your request to one of the TradeCast Support staff members to adjust the invoice term.
The standard term of a TradeCast license's contract is one year. After the first year, your contract automatically renews for a new year. You can contact TradeCast at any time to request the status of your contract(s), to discuss the upgrade possibilities for your contract, or to ask other contract-related questions.
